My thinking is it would be way better also. So as to cut through clouds and such. Speed would not be as important. Just my thoughts of course.

I finally got Sprints PCS here at my house!  I got the Sierra Wireless-AirCard® 595 with the Linksys router.  With no tweaking of anykind, i get

Download Speed: 1212 Kbps (151.5 kB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 185 Kbps (23.1 kB/sec transfer rate)

At night i can hit 1.3Mbps down and 250Kbps up.

Also, anybody know why on my linksys router under status, my download wont go above 2GB?

That status window is a running total, not speed.

Mine at Speakeasy.net with a Pantec and Linksys and signal Excellent
Download Speed: 1163 Kbps (145.4 kB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 644 Kbps (80.5 kB/sec transfer rate)

Im not saying speed, where it says Current Session Usage:  the RX and TX values will never go above 2GB (or 2048MB)of useage.  I just reset my router and i will see if it will do it again.
