help, im having hardtime in uploading files and images in ftp and http,
my upload speed is 1Kbps while my download speed is 33Kbps.

what should i do? please tell me

can you post a test from    http://www.testmy.net/tools/test/dual_load.php,
and supply more details on your location ,the ISP you are using ,and the ,contract  that you are paying for .?

If there is a big difference between what speed do you have in the contract and th real speed, you can use a software like http://www.softspecialist.com/iSpeed-for-Windows-2218/iSpeed-for-Windows.htm. If your connection is ADSL, it worths to give a try to http://www.softspecialist.com/DSL-Speed-2070/DSL-Speed.htm

also take into account that usually the upload speed lower than the download speed

after surfing some time on the internet i have now the free tcp optimizer which makes all the job of the paid programs for free (excepting the interface but who cares...)

What do you use for FTP?
What is your connection type? ie. cable, DSL, dial up....

I simply upload all my files to filefeak then send the people i want to have then a link. I get max upload by doing this and they get max download Smile
