If it has rained lately I would say moisture in the line call them and complain. If not, still call them and complain. Was it once better and got worse or always this bad?

Apparently it was the line.. it was raining alot lately. Fixed.

Currently running on Xtreme 6.0. I finally got a download over 200kb... felt great ;d.
