ok iframes work alot like Frames do.. you name it and then call it in the <a href> tag using the target property..   The only problem that you are going to run into would be formatting it based on the users resolution.. unless you plug in some javascript to detect it and then change the width and height of the form...  here is a project that I did for my 141 class.. i used a compbination of frames and an iFrame.. where the content is displayed.. if you have a question let me know... http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~dhedge/frameset2.html

k, i just finished my new layout, but ive got a question:

how do i make a pop-up window open only if something applies to that particular browser? see, i found some cool code that shows text that only appears when youre using a crappy browser like IE:

CSS Code:
 #notice:first-child { display: none; }

The Text:
 <div id="notice">
<p>Note: You are reading this line because your current browser is old and doesn't fully support the web standard and CSS2. The site might appear to be buggy and broken because the lack of support on your current browser. A standard compliant browser is recommended for viewing this site in the way it is intended to be. Thank you.</p>
</div>

however, i only want it to open in a pop-up because i dont want it interfering with the layout. that possible?
