@mapuamj - pls post in english so that our international friends can help you. can't you access your canopy again? if you can, then change back the things that you changed before. also, don't  use the restore factory option.

you mean, the way you accessed it before is not working anymore? that's a problem. looks like you have to resort to the default override plug method. can you retrieve your canopy?(kaya mo ba kuhain?) if you can, the default plug is easiest. after using it,you may be able to access your canopy again and undo your changes. looks like asking for a new canopy is out of the question since they will find out you were tinkering with it. if you can't, and the only possible solution is toreplace your canopy, try searching for "surging the canopy". that's intentionally breaking your canopy.

P.S. please use proper spelling. don't use shorthand.

hope you don't get in trouble.your worst case scenario would be that they will find out you broke the canopy yourself and will charge you for the broken canopy.(Php 15,000)

i find the best way to access your canopy is through the web interface if you have dial up still u can connect to that and then go to your web browser and type in the ip address hope that helps @noble  :-

guys, i've tried 2 ways of accessing/configuring the canopy page

1st

the first one was from elijahpaul. there is no problem accessing the canopy, and i copy the configuration settings according to the screen shot that he posted. and somehow the speed improves. but im not yet satisfied, it is only 90Kbps..

2nd way

the second one was this new way of accessing the canopy.i did the first step,but when im going to get my canopy ip address (arp -a through the cmd.exe),i have 1 extra ip address.the frst one is 10.0.0.1, then on the nxt line is 169.254.1.1 then on the third line is 192.168.224.1
and even if i try to retype the arp- a, a list of ip address appears.
why does it happened?

and i cant access on the canopy page even though i put the 169.254.1.1 on the address bar.same on the 192.168.224.1

what seemed to be the problem? if my canopy MS is blocked, why am i able  to access the canopy config at elijahpaul's way?

if you know your canopy ip the best way to configure it is through the web interface
all you do is type the ip into your address bar and hit enter and when you get to the web page if you do not have a side bar go to your start menu and go to run and type in cmd from there type in telnet followed by the ip and once inside you can type in clearwebfile and your sidebar should return
