here is a test i just took. and i am consistently getting these speeds after using cablenut settings. btw i'm on the 3Mbps donwload and 270Kbps upload package...

here is a speed test i just finished
::::::::::.. Download Stats ..::::::::::
Download Connection is:: 3470 Kbps about 3.5 Mbps (tested with 2992 kB)
Download Speed is:: 424 kB/s
Tested From:: http://testmy.net/ (Main)
Test Time:: 2007/08/17 - 8:36pm
Bottom Line:: 61X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 2.42 sec
Tested from a 2992 kB file and took 7.063 seconds to complete
Download Diagnosis:: Looks Great : 3.77 % faster than the average for host (cableone.net)

thanks. i hope it stays like this...especially since my router doesnt work anymore...and i have to power cycle my modem every tiem i reboot my pc.
