Hello, testing a new 10 Mb connection. Dowload speed test results are at the expected speeds but upload test results never exceed 60%. I used the speakeasy test and was able to get upload speeds at the rated speeds using the east coast sites. Speeds to the west coast dropped as expected but both upload and download test speeds were slower. If I have a symetric connection should't I expect upload and download test results to be simlar. Are upload tests capped?
