I was downloading a large file during the 3-6am period the night before last, and came in to check on it only to see dismal speeds (under 1kb), so I figured I'd power-cycle it. When I plugged it back in, only the power light came on, and nothing else. Since then I've tried to power-cycle it numerous times to no avail. I only get the power-light, and nothing else. Any ideas before I waste a few hours with support???
