Hmm, just uploaded a 19 MB file (Ad-aware 2007) to my site, at a steady 190 kB/sec!

Looks like 6 Mbps/1 Mbps on this cap. Uploaded a 50 MB file w/o going below 117 kB/sec. Everything above 117 kB/sec is PowerBOOST crap.
