looks like plan 999, pretty inconsistent for a corp acct. maybe he has a "glitchy" basestation lol.

during day.. its half speed. abt 120 or 130 Kbps only

my result at 2am... gave me reason to stay late  buck2, and have to do downloads at dawn while I have a very nice speed  azn because in the afternoon my speed drops at about 500-600Kpbs  sad
