Slow Cox download speed - testmy.net resource / tool

i moved from Maricopa Az to Casa Grande Az about a month ago. I had quest high speed internet while i was living in Maricopa and was averaging 350+ kB/s while downloading now i moved here and im averaging maybe 58kB/s while downloading from anywhere. did some stuff but nothing has helped so all help is welcome.

not sure what eles to post up also tried unplugging from the cable splitter with direct plug in and wireless nothing has helped. also did a release and renew which didnt help at all

edit:: also here is my numbers from Speedtest 563kB/s dl 273kB/s ul with 63 ms ping this is all on a belkin wireless g router
