What is the best and easiest software to use. Any feedback would be appreciated!!! I have never built a web site before. So if anyone has ever used an easy program before let me know.

really depends on what you are trying to do.. you can use anything from notepad to dreamweaver....  If you are just getting started I would suggest finding a program with some type of intelligent type.. where a list of options popup to help you move through the code..   I started off in note pad with a book by my side..   here is a good list of programs.. http://www.download.com/sort/3150-2048_4-0-1-3.html?   you can download Dreamweaver mx for a 30 or 90 day trial.. but you might be in over you head.. it is a fairly complex program for a beginner..

I have used Frontpage but it was about 3 years ago. Probably forgot most of it. I can catch on fairly easy.. I will give dreamwaever a try.

I am not trying to do anything fancy. I am starting a small monthly publication and just want to have a presence on the web. I have already registred a domain.

Thanks for the input. The way I look at it, if I cannot figure it out I will just pay someone to do it for me.

I have been playing around with dreamweaver taking the tutorials, not bad at all. I think I will get the hang of it pretty easily.

Thanks for the info.
This is just an awesome website. Glad I found it....

Everyone here is like the shell answer man.... Smile
