I got this about 2 weeks ago when I got phone service threw cable...

i like the motorola better.... but i was wondering if you guys could help me find the password to get into the "advanced" page in the modem. I cannot restart the modem when i need to because its battery operated if its unplugged... I need to reboot it sometimes and its getting annoying. I tried calling arris and they told me to call insight.. called insight and they told me that they did not have the modem password information. So yeah, i wasnt very happy =)

thanks, Tim

On one end you can see a cover that comes off. Open it and pull the battery plus unplug it. They even recommend unscrewing the cable wire. Reboot the computer and the hook all the cables and battery back up to the modem.
