Do you know what rate provision your ISP has locked into your modem? 

  192.168.100.1  will take you to your modem stat page, or close to it.

    I should ask first if you know what package, or what bandwidth you are paying for.   That would be more simple.

 Otherwise , you should be able to see where the ISP has you locked in at.  They call it a " provisioned rate" or something like that .  Who is your ISP?

sillybilly, If you are on a 6/384 package its not going to get any better until your ISP gives you more bandwidth. Your over your max now so be happy with it. wink
