guys,

somehow a single Access point can serve as much as  hundreds of Subscribers according to motorola and i believe them...

try re aligning your antennas.. grab some six pin rj 11.. and connect it to a headset... attach the two wires from the headset to the wire 4 and 6.. and plug it on the rj 11 slot found in your canopy... make sure you are in aiming mode.. it works for me..

its actually not the smartbro network, but more on the incompetence of the technician who installed it. they just align it using their 40/20 eyes without any use of an aligner.

so do the climbing and turn it until you get a nice reception. try reading further on the articles found on the motorola website...

new way of making an override plug, i believe. but it's still easier to use a small piece of wire as a jumper on wires 4 and 6

i really forgot the exact location of that particular page but I'm sure its somewhere...

Alignment Tone—Technical Details
The alignment tone output from a Canopy module is available on Pin 5 of the RJ-11connector, and ground is available on Pin 6. Thus the load at the listening device should be between Pins 5 and 6. The listening device may be a headset, earpiece, or battery powered speaker.

kindly do the searching for its monday and i'm about to leave for work, maybe tonight i can point it out to you..

God Bless

nice speed. yeah its more than okay... how high is your aggregate?
speed tests can be erroneous at times since there is this thing we call burst rate.. try  measuring your speed using a 1MB download size to be more accurate..
