So I guess the slow speeds I was getting was because of the router - doesn't make sense to me.  Here is my tracert with the router connected

My roommates were not home when I had the router up, therefore they were not using the Internet.  Any ideas of what to do?  Router is two or three months old.  Thanks.

I am from Louisville - I have no idea.  I hooked the router back up and it seems like a lot better for whatever reason.

How do I know if I am having line problems?  Do I have to call Insight and ask.  If so, I am not looking forward to that - they will give me the run around like always.  There is no firmware update for my router, so it shouldn't be my router.  Like I said the router was bought in September.
