ok i have notice something odd about my speed. well i have the 512 kb package, just wondering what should be my download rate be ? also when i first start to download stuff from firefox it will go high say around 100 kB/sec for example and then all of a sudden it drops in speed to about 15kB/sec. thanks for the help.
