I just ran a speed test and the IP listed or browser or something is weird. Can you guys tell me what it is or means? What is all the musicstore stuff and I was using IE 7 for the test.

This is what mine said when I do a download test. This is windows[ Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.11). This is the browser I am using Gecko/20071127 Firefox/2.0.0.11 [/size]  So my best guess is they are program that are running in the back ground on your computer.

Try this: Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys at once it should open up the windows task manager. In the applications tab it will display what all is running at the moment. Like I just realized I had more than one window open in TMN.  evil6

Do you have any plugin's installed for IE 7 ?  Something has to be installed in your browser for it to say that.  This is what my IE 7 says.

Could it be iTunes? I disabled a couple of creative add-ons but it still shows the same thing.

Bottom Line:: 265X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 0.55 sec
Tested from a 12160 kB file and took 6.562 seconds to complete
Download Diagnosis:: Awesome! 20% + : 147.15 % faster than the average for host (Comcast.net)

I believe it is Creative Music Source. I have a audigy 4 and just did a fresh install of XP and when I installed my sound drivers I did so from disk and must have installed the creative music source stuff. I'm going to unistall and see how that works.

 My understanding here is your browser has been more or less hijacked by this software, and or site.

 Do a traceroute to google, testmy.net, and see where your routed. As well as what the others have said.

That why when I installed my Creative sound card, I installed  the sound drivers only and leave the rest of the crap out. Evil or Very Mad
