Hello, I run a roadrunner high speed connection with a modem and no router being used. I've messed around with using both zonealarm free firewall w/ Windows XP firewall and using neither. While playing games like WoW or using Ventrilo I experience extreme lag spikes, often. At the same time while trying to load a web page it takes about 30 seconds to load, when it would normally take maybe 2. I've reset my cable modem multiple times, and still no better. Technical support from time warner was a joke.

Thanks for any help you may provide, localhost0.

Welcome to testmy.net localhost0.

Please use the traceroute function found in "tools" menu and post. or by cmd.

It would also be helpful to do a download test, as well as an upload test and post them here.
