whenever i connect my pc to the internet it automatically restarts then restart and restart.... and so on...(only restart and restart)  angry
i already scan my computer and found no virus.
what will i do??? pls helpppp..... cry

rechek your memory module... clean memory slot... if it still resarts and have you a fatal error, one thing is for sure, replace you memory module with a new one...


another thing, try also checking your PSU, maybe its overloaded....

Is this the same computer that died when you plugged it into 110v instead of 220v? If so, I'm with ottens flavor and I'd also be checking the memory modules.

Does the computer crash when clicking internet or 4 seconds later?  Do you have more then one "shortcut" to the internet?  Can you leave your computer at desktop for an hour with no crashes?

nope, the one you mentioned was pentium 4 of 512mb ram which the power supply died.
this one now  is pentiumIII an Hp e-pc model of cpu.
all is working except when i connect to the internet it restarts.
i suspect there is a virus.
so i scan with it with avg and found a virus at first then i try to remove it.
then i scan again with avg and found no virus.
but still it restarts. Sad

the moment i connect it to the internet just 30 seconds only then it will restart.

but it is still the same. wahhhhh!!!
it restarts again when connected to the internet

Did you try AVG in safe mode? And did you do a registry clean up afterwards also?
