     Need some major help please!  Wanting to know if there is anyone that can help me with any tips or tweaks that will speed this crappy service I have. I take any suggestions. Pretty desperate right know THANK YOU!!

And so tell us.....just how crappy are your speeds...lol

Also there's a whole section on wildblue that may have some info for you in it...you can always use the search feature at the top of the page... oh so nerdly!

First as always with any sat service is to make damn sure it is clean and running in top shape. And so many wil say i do it regular. Myself always did cleanup each and every day. Not once a week or month.

And how long since a restart of the modem?

Did ths  speeds just start to get slow, or were they always this bad?

Also which speed package do you have?

And for goodness sakes use the 2992 file test to test with. Not the SmarTest.
