Help with qwest DSL

Ive had DSL for the last 6 months or so. it was working fine and now I am only getting like 40 % on my test scores. It some times loads a page and some times it doesnt.

It drops my connection every 10-15 minutes.

I am going nuts? Any one help me how to figure this problem out.

Running DSL MODEM model gt701 action tec

any help?

EDIT: When the qwest guy came out he did some test and told me he assumed there was damage to the line just behind the wall. He told me he could see if he could get it going. Well he did get it going and said I should be fine.

Could this maybe be the problem?

Tested from a 1496 kB file and took 9.968 seconds to complete
