No it doesn't ask for info. I just didn't know? I thought you can be phished by just going on a site? Maybe not lol! I don't know. Anyways, I just realized my sisters wedding is in 1 month!! I got to hustle to lose this weight, weddings are one of the best places to pick up girls Laughing

Diet's suck:) a couple tips that have worked for me- Stay a way from diet soda High in sodium- High sodium equals higher water retention which slows down the fat burning process. I was a heavy soda drinker, just cutting soda from your diet in my opinion will cause you to lose up to 15 pounds.

Exercise- if your like me and have a few kids and the gym isn't an option-Keeping a clean house, Do ing every day chore,s keeping busy keeping things clean, in addition to taking your kids to the park is Great exercise. This means not sitting on your computer all day:)

Little things that help- No Mayo on your sandwhich es, cut cheese (most of the time). Just cut little things like condiments from your diet. Use non-fat milk for your coffee and no sugar etc..Do not eat out of boredom, Get up Fix something thats broken, clean, or go play with the kids or your pets.

How many baked potatoes can you eat in relation to that candy bar or milk shake you just ate?

If you must diet- Try eating fruit all day breakfast,Lunch Then whatever you want for dinner (with in reason)

Take care and good luck:)

Diet soda is the biggest no no, except for diabetics. It actually has appetite enhancers which in reality make you hungry. In my opinion they are due a decent lawsuit if anyone does. All those people for years they have had that illusion over.... uglystupid2 And all that money they have made from it. $ $ $ $ $

Don't got to worry about me! I hate pop period now. I haven't drank any kind of pop in like 2 months. Anyways, I just weighed myself. I am at 252. I started around 289 I think. Wish me luck getting down to my goal.

I've been off the soda pop for about 6 months now.I just give it a break sometimes. For diet soda I wouldn't drink it if you paid me.I've read enough bad about aspertame to convince me to not consume anything with it.
I've already posted what I think is the best & quickest way to loose weight .
On the skin flap at you age with exercise & diet I think given some time it will disappear. You could make sure & get plenty of Vitamin A in your diet. That's the one that is supposed to be good for the skin.I don't think you need supplements to get it .Plenty of dark green vegtables will have it.Carrots do to but their glycemic index is high so not the best for weight loss.

I don't drink much soda, maybe one a month, maybe. Real chemicals to, not the fake ones lol . You have my respect for doing this, keep up the hard work.  icon_thumright

I was at 289 like when I started this whole thread, and now I am at 252. I get some people who say I lost a lot of weight, and some say it looks like I lost a little. The people who say I lost a little must be people I am with all the time.

I think your right on that, think about people you see most, unless you don't see them for a while then you don't notice changes.

soda i gave up so long ago i don't even remember how long ago...now if i take a sip off someones i get a stomach ache...in the 70's i used to drink 2 of those 2qt  glass bottles of coke a day...i now wonder why i didn't realize that it was a gallon  a day...and i quit that habit cold turkey...i literally couldn't get off the couch for 2 weeks...and my head was gonna explode...after that i still drank soda but moderately and it was rc instead...

we're all really proud of u...when ur done maybe u'll post ur before and after pics as an inspiration for others that want to try but don't think that they can do it
