Has anyone tried the McDonalds Southwest Salad? That thing is amazing! It has 320 calories for salad, veggies, and grilled chicken. Then 60 more calories for the croutons they add on, and another 100 calories for the dressing. Totaling 480 calories. Weird thing is I get full off half of it!! Then end up eating the other half for dinner. I did this a couple times this week. These salads are amazing and pretty healthy. The only thing I will eat from Mc Donalds for now on!

It all refers to an owl from the old days I remember it went like "WHO?" and the responce I was used to was "Who? Your feet don't fit no limb!"
Did that help momma?

No, I haven't but I rarely frequent those places, I have had the dairy queen ones, there pretty good, and light. I don't use the dressing either, just plain , if I eat one at home, i have balsamic vinegar , and olive oil.

Question, is it ok to drink Diet Coke? I haven't had any pop in 3 months, but kind of want a soda. I heard diet coke stops weightloss, true?
