Hell yeah, I lose most of my weight working on one roof in the summer. Its not hard to lose pounds  in one week. 

Its the natural way really. But make sure you keep fluids running. Don't dehydrate.  And definitely not caffeine if you can help it.

I say, if your of age, then toss your keys somewhere  where you won't get them, and drink all of them, you'll get wasted, puke, S#!t your brains out, and there you have it.

Man, I couldn't tell you, but what i can say is, if you want to , then do it because there's nothing worse than mental stress from holding back. Just have self control.  I wouldn't say that it will ruin all your hard work, but think about it, you may put a pound on, so what, you know what you have to do to get rid of it right?

Just do not order pizza hut to go with it, you should be fine.  

Beer is not as fattening as food, you'll more than likely sweat or piss it out anyway.
