So...It's been in the mid 90's all week here and I lost 3 pounds in like 3 days because of it. I am now down to 234.4. I don't now if that's a good thing to lose weight like that in heat, but I am sure loving it

Hell yeah, I lose most of my weight working on one roof in the summer. Its not hard to lose pounds in one week.
Its the natural way really. But make sure you keep fluids running. Don't dehydrate.
And definitely not caffeine if you can help it.

Ok, guys. I got a issue. Tomorrow night I want to get a case of Bud Light. I know you people are going to say just drink a few or something. But say I drink like 10. Will this hurt my diet if I am right back on track the next day?!

Man, I couldn't tell you, but what i can say is, if you want to , then do it because there's nothing worse than mental stress from holding back. Just have self control. I wouldn't say that it will ruin all your hard work, but think about it, you may put a pound on, so what, you know what you have to do to get rid of it right?

True that. I just want to drink, because a buddy of mine is helping me hook up my stereo system and I told him I would buy a case of beer. I will prolly end up just drinking a 6 pack

Just do not order pizza hut to go with it, you should be fine.
Beer is not as fattening as food, you'll more than likely sweat or piss it out anyway.
