Well all...I think I am given up on the treadmill for a while. I have accumulated to much saggy skin already and don't want to put up with a crap load of it when I get to 200. Should I just stick to crunches and weight lifting??

k...now go to the mall...and find urself the biggest pregger woman u ever saw...and tell her that that skin will never shrink back(watch her cry then duck cuz she's gonna smack u)...now go and find 10 of the fittest women with young babies...u'll find them in the play area...and ask them if you can ask them about a skin question...they'll be happy to answer guaranteed...ask them how big they got...and how long did it take for the skin to shrink back...

skin has memory...u can figure for every month ur skin was stretched it will take an equal month for it to remember where it goes...and if u do the wraps it'll go faster...just don't give up...but if u wanna plateau for a bit to give ur skin a chance to catch up...then by all means...do it, but keep up the basics...diet, crunches, weights...

skin is elastic...i'm sure it's frustrating...but it will remember...until i hit 50 i had the flatest tummy ever...and i had 5 babies...and believe me i had alot of skin leftover when the little suckers popped out...but by the time they were 6 months old i was back in my pre-pregnancy 501's and my bikini's...now don't go thinking that i must have very elastic skin...nope and i've got the stretch marks to prove it but...my tummy just eventually remembered where it was supposed to go, just had a little art added on it...and those stretch marks...those r my badges of honor. i can (and do) show each kid who did which ones...and i'm proud of them Smile

yadda yadda...nuff from me Smile

huny seriously that is true right now...but it's just in a temporary coma and has amnesia...and when it starts waking up...u'll see...

how long were u at 280?...or should i say how long has it been since u weighed 200??

lemme tell ya each time i left the hosp with a new baby in my arms...i was seriously so happy...but i went home in a night gown cuz no way i was wearing my maternity clothes...and felt depressed when i got home and found i had nothing to wear...thank goodness for stretch shorts...hahaha...it took time...

now yes u will find women that stayed stretched out...but that's because they believed what u have been reading...that skin never shrinks...so they never try...

You weren't born at 200 lbs bro, it'll go back. Like momma said, its way harder at an elder age. For some reason it the muscle building, I work out harder than when I was young, and after a year I am still waiting on results that show. But I do not give up, I know its in there somewhere.  cool
