i'm waiting for a call back from my friend...

great link sequoia...the best part is what he says in the last paragraph...refers to the dangers of this type of surgery...

please do ur homework before even considering this surgery before u've allowed ample time for ur body to do it's best to do what u want it to...have faith in ur body

ur skin is ur largest organ...and to remove large portions can have devastating and far reaching even fatal consequences...

ur young and ur body and ur skin remember where it's supposed to go...the fat u stored and still store as adipose tissue has pulled ur skin layers away from the tissue beneath...the connective tissues have been broken...but given time the collagen will start rebuilding those connections...it won't happen overnite...feel any itching or tingling?? little electrical zaps just below the skin surface...not yet?? u will...it's a sign of healing...remember the worst cut or sunburn u ever had and remember the itching as it healed

everyone has two skirts of fat over their bellies to protect ur organs...greater and lesser omentum...the size of these skirts depends on ur stored body fat...and will be the hardest to get rid of...this is not the same as a beer belly (which is hard) and probably an enlarged liver...and stored fluid in the abdomen...ur fat skirts r soft and cuddly...it's the part that folds over when u sit down (greater omentum) and it's actually supposed to be there to a lesser degree...but it's also where ur body stores excess fat it doesn't know what to do with...

this part will go later when u fine tune...and so will the skin...that's for sure

relax...ur doing great...keep it up and when my friend calls...i'll post here what he said...

wyantm06 , you are doing us all proud , everything Tdawn has said is true , yeah it takes a bit of time , but all good things take a little time ,
my tip is think thin , and never let that thought go , it may seem hard going , but oneday you will look back and laugh , and be gratefull for what you did ,
and remember the longer you leave it the harder it gets , ok take a break on the tredmill ,
coz that sounds boring to me , can you not find a activity that you enjoy , as that is the easiest way to tone up , it changes hard work to enjoyment , personaly I hate weights and treadmill, I need to travel; , so I found swimming and cycling more suited to my personality , but each to their own on that  I guess ,
keep the faith Bro,
Best regards Roco UK

wyantm06 ;A couple of other coments skip the ramen it's all carbs & no nutrition & I bet the flavor packet has MSG & a lot of other not so good chemicals.
Try using some pasta with nutrition like egg noodles. Then simmer some chicken thighs in enough water to cook them.
Usually about an hour.Strip the skin off when done.(Throw away if you have to or feed to the dog). Then strip the meat off the bone & cut into chunks.Put this & the broth in something like a quart jar.Let sit in the fridge till completly cool .This way you can skim off the congeled fat from the top .Then heat & cook the egg noodles in it.Season with spices you like.
For me that is garlic powder, black pepper & paprika.Sometimes soy sauce or Tabasco.Try that & see if you don't like it better than ramen.
On the beer to some extent calories are calories so you will have to burnoff the amount you consume from the beer.To make it worse once you consume enough alcohol your metabolism will slow down.
A beer a day would be much better & probably even good for you.I personally think the alcohol disolves some things when in the blood stream. Then carries this to the intestine to excrete.

alcohol actually slicks up ur platelets (kinda like asprin).

i used to do insurance physicals...and one of the things i found out is on the question "do you drink alcohol?" (then asks you how much) if you say "no" or "none" your insurance premiums will be higher and if your waist measurement isn't smaller than your chest measurement your gonna have higher premiums...these r just a couple of things that measure ur cardiac risk factor. they want to see that u drink 2-3 alcoholic drinks a week and that ur waist is smaller than ur chest...oh oh oh and that u can expand ur chest at least 3 inches when u take a deep breath...

just a couple tips for ur next life ins physical...

No not yet. How does she do that. One minute it is healthy to consume at least three drinks a week, then a party with no high octane alcohol?  undecided

But I am packed and ready to go.
