There's way too many of the same thing on every corner of America, we are nothing but a cash cow.

I've got nothing against big businesses, but damn, what the hell is wrong w/ driving to get somewhere. They want to make it so every store is in your front yard.  No matter where you go, thats all you see, the same damn thing. One big shopping center surrounded by more shopping centers.

That was my point really. The bad ones.

Walgreen, McDonalds, Walmart, Quicktrip, Homedepot, Lowes, etc... They do not want to let go of one lousy buck. Worse than taxes at times. They have to be within 6 miles of the population last study I read about.

Yep the good stores are not that far really. Like many things I can not get at lowes or Lowes is found at my local hardware store or Sutherlands. But these are less frequented really. And guess what no line to wait in, so "I SAVE TIME". I used to shop Kmart instead of walmart. Just to not have to wait in line or have to spend tiem to find a parking spot.

People are sheep and cattle. Why our crap now comes from China.  smitten

And why there are no longer mom and pop outfits much anymore. "WE" ran them out.  cry

sequoia...believe me this friend of mine knows what hes talking about...cage fighter/bounty hunter/bouncer...built like a brick S#!t house now...used to be a really hefty dude...
I don't doubt that heavy weights build bulk & strength.Bulk fills the excess skin partly so it does work to a degree.
But take in to consideration an average person who is going to try too much too fast.So I still maintain that heavy weights are more likely to injure the average person.Who more than likely than not isn't going to end up "built like a brick S#!t house ".Then take into account wyantm06 says he has an injured shoulder. So for him for right now I think high reps & light weight is the way to go.

the 56,000 iu skin oil is the way to go...
Actually this is comparable to 1000 IU softgel capsules. The 56000 IU in the E-oil bottle is for 4.8 ounces. That is 11667 IU per ounce.I doubt if 11 of the capsules weigh more than an ounce.
The advantage of the capsules is they are sealed from oxidation until used unlike the bottle which is exposed every time it's opened. Then take the capsules internally so a double benefit.

the difference is that this is a skin oil...which is light weight and absorbs quickly...and of course everyone should be taking vit e orally as well but for the skin he'd want something that will be absorbed not sit on the skin surface...and i don't know about u but i'd have little time to sit and poke holes in those capsules and squeeze the oil out (which i've done before and u get more on ur fingers than anything else...

but what ever works for u and ur lifestyle. just git er done Smile

tdawnaz ;I didn't realize the Walgreen bottle of E oil was a skin oil that was lighter than the oil in the capsules. It's been several years since I bought bottled E oil at that time the product I bought was about the same consistency as the oil in the softgel capsuls.
I rarely poke just a pinhole in a capsul.Only if I need a very small amount then I just take the rest of the capsul.
What I do is cut the capsul about 1/3 of the way through with a sharp knife .The oil comes out quickly and easily.Since I use my fingers to rub the oil in anyway the oil that gets on them is not a problem.
wyantm06 ;I think you will find the capsuls cheaper at Walmart.Especially if you figure in gas.

Question for my fellow TMN members. I been getting hungrier lately and able to eat more during meals now. Is this bad? Or is it my body telling me I need more food for my metabolism to speed up?

I have heard that drinking a warm glass of water before, like 10 minutes , eating a meal will take most of your hunger away.   Also if your real hungry, just take a snack of the food being prepared, when the meal is ready, you wont gorge yourself because the extreme hunger will already be pacified.  At least thats the way it works for me when I'm cookin a meal.

Actually I just remembered...I have been getting more hungry because I haven't been drinking as much water. I am on track still, but feel I am falling. Kind of. I was at 226.8 this morning. I can't remember the last weight I told you guys.
