guess u didn't think it funny either...huh?
I found it funny. So heres a funny answer:
Virgin olive oil is for oiling a virgin if you can find one:extra virgin is for oiling more than one virgin if you're really lucky.
or if you like more crude humor virgin olive oil is the one that doesn't have semen floating in it.

I have another quick question. I been drinking a blue amp energy drink every morning and then only eating one meal a night, Is that to much or no? Is it fine to have one energy drink a day?

as we've all told u before
you need to eat!!!
skipping meals will throw your body into starvation mode...and turn every calorie it can into stored fat, thinking that you are starving...it will try to save your life by storing what it can, so that if that's your last meal you have something to fall back on...yes you will lose weight...but the minute you eat...it will be stored for future use instead of being burned for energy...and you will burn muscle for energy instead...it's called muscle wasting...
one energy drink a day will not hurt you...but you'd be better off with a protein shake...to maintain muscle mass...
but you NEED to EAT!!! 4-6 small well balanced meals a day...eat slowly enjoy and savor each bite and at 20 minutes listen to your brain...it will tell you that you are full (i promise)...take your plate to the trash and scrape it off...done...
why do you keep going back to the starvation thing?? when everyone keeps telling you that the key to long term weight loss is eat sensibly and exercise daily??...one meal a day plus an energy drink is not sensible...but i can see why you'd need the energy drink...you probaly have zero energy. are you only looking for short term weight loss?? i'm not being mean...but you keep posting this stuff that we've all told you will hurt you. you make me worry for you

I am not starving myself. My body is used to it. Btw I read on the internet about a Japanese Doctor or something said 1 meal a day is actually the best way to go. I think I'd believe a Japanese person before an American lol you hardly see fat Japanese people. They said as long as your 1 meal is a decent sized one and is a healthy one you will be fine and lose weight healthy.

You should really be eating six meals a day to keep your matabolism up and insulin levels down. Also you should consider taking up weight lifting as it is a good source of cardio and is you will look better. Starving yourself is not the answer, actually will have a reverse effect and you wont be happy. PM if you need some help man. Right know my goal is to gain weight but in about a few months i plan on cutting while still eating 3300cals a day(u dont extremely low calories to lose weight)
edit hit up bodybuilding.com i post on there all the time they can really help you out and get you on the right track

I stead of asking questions on a Tech Site you should use tried and true ways to loose weight like Weight Watchers or Jenny Craig!

Also lift weights and do cardio afterwards three times a week.
then i promise you will see progress.
