Ok, you guys were right. One meal a day isn't working out right. Is it ok if I just eat 3 decent sized meals a day plus a AMP energy drink? I would be walking about 2 miles a day on the treadmill, eating breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and have a energy drink sometime during the day, and doing the 2 miles. Does this sound fine?

I used to play football back in the day at school. I was nose on D, and center on O. I weigh like 280 now, and am 6'1. I am trying to lose weight. I am going to try and stay away from energy drinks period! I am going to just try 3 meals a day, small ones I mean.

nope it's only temporary if ur not careful u will gain it back fast and then some...u lost because u were deliberately starving yourself...now ur body has a heads up and will store what u eat in case ur starving again...just be careful...up ur exercise for a week or so...to boost ur metabolism and burn it before u store it...

glad to hear that ur gonna eat sensible and nix the energy drinks...losing will be a slower process...but more long term...perma loss due to change in lifestyle long term... smiley wink i'm proud of u for choosing the more sensible path
