Heck last year I was able to do that too. ( then winter cold set in ) This year, I've barely managed to reduce by 12 lbs. You passed me sitting still.

I am at 217.6 this morning. I was wondering, since I don't like using creams or any types of lotion on my body. Do you think that them Vitamin E pills will work just as good as the VitE oil?
