this is a tough problem...simple solution that works for some...take a soft cotton tshirt and cut it into a continuous strip about 6-8 inches wide...
dissolve 1/4 cup alum in 2 cups of warm water...add 4 cups of mineral water...and 1/4 cup natural sea salt ...warmed...not heated...on the stove til it all dissolves...no crystals left...save in a jar in ur fridge...u will only use a little to moisten ur cotton strips...
next is the lube...in a bigger bottle or jar...mix...(and this my friends is my secret recipe...miracle lotion...put it on a burn before u go to bed and u'll see what i mean)
vit a and e lotion (st ives is good)...4 oz
vit e oil...pure...at least 28,000 iu...2 oz
aloe vera gel...get the pure stuff...natural...it's clear not green...4 oz
corn huskers lotion...4oz
...mix well...
k...
put ur cotton strip (s) in a ziplock bag enough strips to fully wrap around the body part that has loose skin...and enough of ur liquid to moisten not saturate...let set to room temp...or 10 sec in the microwave (no longer)
now take ur lotion and slather and i mean slather ur loose skin...and wrap in ur cotton strips (around and around...) but not tight...next wrap in one or two layers of saran wrap...now do ur exercise routine...do this every other exercise day for 2 weeks...then tweeks off...2 wks on 2 wks off...but use the lotion/lube everyday...
i got this from a friend that owns a body wrap salon...for the last 30 yrs...well except for the lotion...that's mine...alum can be harsh on sensitive skin...if it is for u...just add another cup or so of mineral water...til it doesn't irritate u...
sounds like tanning leather...huh?? that's what it reminded me of
sounds like alot i know...but really it isn't...once u get it all set up the hardest part will be the clean up...be sure to wash ur strips after each use...little body wash in the kitchen sink full of water...wash well...rinse well hang over a door to dry...
oh and in reading it...i noticed i didn't sound clear...that strip of tshirt...cut in a spiral to make it as long as possible so that one strip actually goes around you a couple of times...don't be afraid to sacrifice a couple of tshirts...white if possible...
and don't be afraid to do this...believe me it works...i'm a middle aged woman and thusly tend to store fat in my belly...it's still flat but i have this extra skin when i lose the fat...so i do this for a month or so...viola all gone

I think in time the man boobs will shrink also.In the mean time any exercise that builds the pecs should help.
Bench presses & pushups for example. They will look better filled with muscle.

I bet if I made one of these wraps for the man breast area it would work there to. Quick question about wrapping though, do i bunch the skin together? Or do I let it hang and just wrap?

yeh the wrap is for whereever ur working out...your gonna love this...
whatever part ur working out...wrap it...
doing abs and legs...wrap it...
doing pecs and arms...wrap it...
wrap so that everything is comfortable...with as little folding as possible...if u have someone that could help...u could hold ur arms up in the air while turning...same for ur belly...u could hold it where u want it while turning...this will all get easier as u do it a few times...
get alum and sea salt from the health food store...
don't wrap everything at once... it's too much...once u do it once u'll see what i mean...
wrap upper body parts or lower body parts not together...but don't mix it up...UR GONNA SWEAT UR ASS OFF...
DRINK LOTS OF WATER...EAT A BANNANA AND A FEW CRACKERS
(POTASSIUM AND SODIUM) or a hand full of potato chips...!!! just trust me on this part.
now u've got me motivated...i lost 5 lbs and i've got the little skin crap going on on my belly...gonna mix me up a batch...

I just hope I can find all this stuff easily to make it. Can you notice it tightening your skin the first time you use it?

I believe it's granular.
tdawnaz is correct you can get it at a health food store.Probably the most expensive place to buy it though.
I would try the canning supply or spice section of the supermarket.Same for sea salt(spice section).
Drug stores might also be a place to buy alum.
I found a 25 pound bag of technical grade potassium aluminum sulfate (alum) online for $32.00 plus shipping.
This would probably be ok for the wraps but not for internal use.
Alum is also used to set natural cloth dyes so you might find it in stores related to that.
I think the easiest to get would be the canning supplies.
Don't worry about alum being safe if you eat almost any bread it is an ingredient in baking powder,It is also in a lot of deodorants.
It is also used in douches that's probably not useful info to you though
