Appears to be something for a camera, But I don't think so after looking elsewhere.

 Has to be malware.

 Try this software~ http://www.f-secure.com/blacklight/try_blacklight.html

Reply: (edit)
My XP Home PC has the Annie entry also but I do have a Nvidia card and several video editing programs. I just unchecked the entry months ago using msconfig and everything seems to be working OK. My AVG anti-virus and Spybot don't seem to notice it either.. http://www.computing.net/windowsxp/wwwboard/forum/101980.html

well guys it's an oldie (2004)
and seems to be

Triple post from me  Laughing
win ini  [annie ]  well it's not a exe ,
I just disabled it and run some perfomance test with and without it enabled , and no differance on the score,
my Hijack this log is clean , also AVG, adaware and spybot are reporting nothing ,
I think it is just a system settings for Nvidia ,
and not a problem , BUT I will follow this thread with interest

i got that BIGDOG.exe blocked by winpatrol too. there's this DOMINO.exe also. all these after installing an A4Tech webcam, legit program for which is HAMCAP. disabling the first two's startup entries didn't affect anything, the cam is still working so they must be separate programs. graphics card is ATI.

HijackThis says i'm clean but I wanna get rid of [Annie], "she" bothers me.  undecided
