OK so a lot of people claim ally is full of a bunch of 10yr old immature kids, i believe that ally is no worse off if not better then horde, ally doesnt have a whole section of a continent that wears the title of being completely immature, (the barrens) funyn as it may be thats why the barrens is so great, i dont doubt ally has more people <18 but that doesnt mean they are all immature as i have seen MORE peoplemon horde act like fools then i have on ally

so go ahead and voice your opinions but please no really heated fights =D

I know that I'm not exactly on the cutting edge of television, ( about an hour combined a week) , so I can only assume this is what he's speaking about. The last time I checked there were no graphic cards, or processors w/ that name. Nor any ISP's. But who knows.

What I meant was, another person posting random who knows what.

It's true , I get 3 a year , no I don't have a TV , yes they do visit , and search my house , and have the right to do so (UK law) and as being a hospitable sort of  guy I offer them a cup of tea and a sandwich , which seems to unerve them ,  Laughing, for me this is better than any entertainment that the TV programs could offer  Twisted Evil

BTW, if I was totaly blind I could claim a 50% reduction on the licence cost,  shocked

the way i understand it, its not "to watch" but to own a tv for you to watch, there you need a license.

you don't need a license to watch TV, you need a license to own a tv... i might be getting it wrong so im open for correction..  Smile

Roco I looked this over.
You need a TV Licence to use any television receiving equipment such as a TV set, digital box, DVD or video recorder, PC, laptop or mobile phone to watch or record television programmes as they're being shown on TV.
If you use a digital box with a hi-fi system or another device that can only be used to produce sounds and can't display TV programmes, and you don't install or use any other TV receiving equipment, you don't need a TV Licence.
I would seem you could watch shows that are off the internet like some of the main American networks have on their sites.or anything not being broadcast at the time.
I've watched full episodes of Sarah Conner Chronicles & Medium for just a couple.I guess anything you got prerecorded would be allowed .So you could have A television monitor which would not have a tuner &a DVD recorder/player also available without tuner. These would be allowed without the Licence.
Then if you wanted to just pay less.
A colour TV Licence costs £135.50. A black and white TV Licence costs £45.50.
Just get out the paint & paint your "color"  tele black & white.  Wink

Alliance and Horde.. None of these are bad guys cause they are both fighting for a cause.. The Burning Legion as we all know is their enemy. Well the old hatred is back and words of discrimination is flying over on both sides.. I say some people both on the Horde and Alliance are boastful. Bragging that their character is more powerful than others and so on and so forth. Well, it all comes to which faction is good at teamwork and coordination. That's all I can say..

Alliance - Humans, Dwarves, Night Elves, Gnomes and Draenei
Horde - Orcs, Undead, Taurens, Trolls and Blood Elves
