I am addicted to so many wrong things ,
#1 wrong food .
#2 being lazy
#3 work ( it involves a lot of talking and lunches )
#4 avoiding exercise
#5 man-yana ( I will do that tomorrow maybe )
#6 smoking
#7 fast cars
#8 fast  women
Ok , 7&8 are on my wish list ,

And now I am beginning to pay the price for this decadent life style ,
I now look like I am 4 months pregnant , and with summer just around the corner there is no way I am going to be able to strut my stuff on the beach in this condition , .......
I now weigh 210 Lbs ,  at 6’ 2” tall , around 30 lbs overweight ,
And  as I don’t do things in ½ measures ,  # 1-6  will cease next Wed 16 April
#7-8 I am holding off judgement on , in case any good offers roll in ,

Any one else thinking of giving up on an addiction  ?
Maybe we could start a TMN forum topic ,  and end up with a "keep fit and healthy with the TMN Team vid on youtube "

well only 10 hours away from my new life , work has now finnished ,
but I got a retainer fee from 2 companies as a consultant  and $750 USD as farewell gifts and good luck wishes  from the rest , so I got some mixed feelings on that part of a new life , but no turning back now ,
my Doc has given me the OK , but wants me to call in every month so he can check the progress , and has given me a read out of Blood pressure , heart rate , weight , and lung capacity , and lent the equipment for me to DIY ,
my list of 1-6 is now 1-7 , coffee has be added , and any other stimulant drink ,
BTW I am not on a diet , just I will be eating and drinking natural products and not driving a car , a kinda total change in my life , just as a experiment , and a safe one at that ,

Yeah, I should to change my habits one day. But in the meantime I might as well enjoy not doing that part.
