I am addicted to so many wrong things ,
#1 wrong food .
#2 being lazy
#3 work ( it involves a lot of talking and lunches )
#4 avoiding exercise
#5 man-yana ( I will do that tomorrow maybe )
#6 smoking
#7 fast cars
#8 fast  women
Ok , 7&8 are on my wish list ,

And now I am beginning to pay the price for this decadent life style ,
I now look like I am 4 months pregnant , and with summer just around the corner there is no way I am going to be able to strut my stuff on the beach in this condition , shocked....... Laughing
I now weigh 210 Lbs ,  at 6’ 2” tall , around 30 lbs overweight ,
And  as I don’t do things in ½ measures ,  # 1-6  will cease next Wed 16 April
#7-8 I am holding off judgement on , in case any good offers roll in , evil6

Any one else thinking of giving up on an addiction  ?
Maybe we could start a TMN forum topic ,  and end up with a "keep fit and healthy with the TMN Team vid on youtube "  2funny

u forgot ur addiction to tmn...i have the same one... Smile and i ain't givin it up...this is what i do while i drink my morning coffee

i admire u for recognizing the things that may hurt u in the long run...and to plan to just drop them...boom...just like that...amazing...remember what i told u about bleach...

well I have seen my problems clearly for some time now , just been to lazy to do anything about them , a real man yana for me , ( gracias por la traducciσn fr0st bound   )
boom all 1-6 in one ? why not it's all going to hurt anyway , best to get it over in one hit , I am spending the first week as a total recluse , the only traveling I do will be by foot , work I have stopped in all forms , kinda throwing away my accumulated life's baggage ,  and going for a rebirth  Laughing,

Btw , TMN addiction is not a bad thing so it didn't make the list ,
and thanks Tdawnaz I still have your instructions printed out ,

well only 10 hours away from my new life , work has now finnished ,
but I got a retainer fee from 2 companies as a consultant  Laughing and $750 USD as farewell gifts and good luck wishes  from the rest , so I got some mixed feelings on that part of a new life , but no turning back now ,
my Doc has given me the OK , but wants me to call in every month so he can check the progress , and has given me a read out of Blood pressure , heart rate , weight , and lung capacity , and lent the equipment for me to DIY ,
my list of 1-6 is now 1-7 , coffee has be added , and any other stimulant drink ,
BTW I am not on a diet , just I will be eating and drinking natural products and not driving a car , a kinda total change in my life , just as a experiment , and a safe one at that ,

 thanks sahaab for your concern , Laughing, little chance of me dieing of starvation ,  Laughing
This thougth/plan  all started , because I haven't had a holiday for 8 years , and I know I needed a change ,so I figured as going away on holiday was not practical, why not stay where I am and change myself  , and try and look at my life from a different perspective ,  I just had that feeling I was ploughing the same old furrow , and was getting bitchy about it ,
so in 2.1/2 hours the grand experiment begins  Laughing, for me I see it as a D.I.Y detox ,

I will keep you all updated , every week or so, win or loose,
