I have been told it's like the real thing ,but I have no personal experience apart from the real thing  Laughing a local perv. recommendation  evil6
My Life style change  has now got off to a bad start , I ended up in the local casualty dept.and now with a knee  brace,  (accident )  Laughing so there goes my normal 10miles a day walking , Jeez, some times life bites your ass ,
but the plan goes on ,  no cigarettes or coffee for 48 hours now ,and only rabbit food to eat , well I have had some violent mood swings , but still ok , and on track ,

I wish you all the will power in the world. I quit smoking 1/3/07 and still don't. Never tried to give up the coffee tho. It was hard learning to drink it without a smoke, but got that licked now. So again gook luck.

ON the cigarettes, not buying them was the key for me. I ran out and said what a good time to quit. A couple times I almost convinced my self it was doing no good and was gonna go back. But like coknuck I can now say I am smoke free. I can't remember if I quit before you did coknuck. I was thinking it was fall of 06. Not sure now, I think I lost it in the nicotene.  grin  (kidding of course ) And might as well go on a diet while you are at it Roco. that'll be next on the list.  evil

Me on smokin? Seems like a lost cause ! So I started smokin these things called " American Spirit " , they are cigs, but they are completely organic, they do have nicotine, but they don't have that drug in them ( whatever it is )  that the rest of the brands do. I've been doin them for three days, I crave the lights I smoked , but these seem to not make me feel like S#!t. lol Not saying they arent bad for me, but they don't have that strange drug not told by the manufacturer of the other brands, how do I know? Because I don't get that cigarette buzz from them. Plus they last for freakin ever, and have only had 5 today Smile compared to 20-25.

I was actually doing the added drug free ones also mudmanc. It actualy did help me also. And I also felt better for it also. But my consumption did not slow sown till I stopped. Good luck with thatone. And never say never, like quitting anything you just have to give yourself a good enough reason to do it. Well thats the only way I can do it. I have to believe.

Like treadmilling. I have to have  TV to concentrate. Without it I would have quit a long time ago. How boring to run and run. But by time a show or two is done, so am I.  angel
