I don't have a reason, I like to smoke, not only that,  studies show it doesn't help ok, we all know that it's not good to inhale smoke.  We all know the theory that second hand smoke does NOT have the diverse effects as that goofed up sergeon general claimed .  My beliefs are the types of deficiencies we carry ion our genes determine the immunity we have on an individual basis as well as our personal enviornment.  Am I going to be one of those that hides in a corner and protects myself w/ antibacterial soaps (which by the way kill 99.9% of the bad stuff, and let the rest go un challenged due to killing off of the rest that killed them so they grow to unnaturally harmful strengths )  :haha:, and HEPA filtered air? I think not. It is what it is, be happy w/ your self, if your fat, so what! If your really unhealthy due to your diet, well then thats another thing. Skinny? so? Be content, not a follower, and to hell w. those damn bullS#!t  so called experts, be yourself!

how about that recent research that showed that a genetic trait that raised the likelyhood of nicotine addiction also raised the risk of lung cancer? talk about double whammy.

Roco's safety tip for the day , wear the correct shoes while working in the garden,
not a pair of old shoes with the sole flapping about  Evil or Very Mad,

especialy if you run into the house to answer the phone ,  the top step got me,
I bounced of most of the fixed kitchen apliances and finaly head butted the inner door 12 feet away , Evil or Very Mad result, torn hamstring , and 4 weeks rest ,
but my quest to give up my adictions goes on, sadly without the exercise for the time being ,

shocked, yeah it is kinda spooky , several friends have said the same , Evil or Very Mad
but this afternoon I am up and about , walking like Chester from Marshal Mat Dillion tv series ,and having trouble turning, tomorrow I have a nurse calling , to check out the knee brace and bandaging , ( a friend of a friend ) She aparently is good with bandages ? so I live in hope ,  Laughing

Tdawnaz , exactly how sorry ? I could have a remission , and flights could be arranged !  Wink

BTW , still on target , no Cigs or  coffee , I have not had a hot drink or hot meal  for 2 days ,
and things are going OK, also no processed food , still early days though ,. no turning back now ,
the knee injury  was a set back, but not insurmountable , it just added to the challenge ,

just a update , the nurse came and went , the knee is going to be ok ,  Laughing ,but it will take time , another 2 weeks rest with the brace on , then gentle exercise , cycling recommended  as it takes the weight off the knee and gently restreaches the hamstring ,
