Recommended Tests

   fully retired now bro,  the rest of my life is my own , time to play full time for me , the alarm clock has been dumped in  the trash bin ,  , been looking forward to this time for a while now,  and going to make the best of it ,
and I want to get into shape  to do so , hence my changes in my life style ,

broke my salad ,rule today , and had my first traditional English dinner
Roast beef , yorkshire pudding , carrots , cabbage and peas , but only a small serving , all freshly cooked and nothing processed ,
still not drinking coffee or smoking , as it was lunch out and I had to drive there ,I figured the lady wouldn't sit on the handlebars of my bike , while I peddled wearing a whistle and flute (suit )  lol first time I wore a neck tie this year ,
another 1lb lost this week , so that is 3 lbs in 2 weeks , althoughI am not on a diet , just trying to eat healthy ,
sorry shugs I missed that , it comes under the clasification of exercise ,so is OK,
although  exercise is out at the moment , the damaged hamstring has gone again , I was warned it would take a month of more , I guess I restarted too soon  anyway my Docs appointment is next Friday , and he is getting my knee Xray back from the hospital , and doing a full health check ,

so how is it all going , apart from the knee, I feel good , do I miss smoking ,
well today I found a cigerette lighter of mine , and started playing with it without thinking , and I did miss the cigerette after the meal , but my companion hates smoking  so I wouldent have smoked anyway , and the feeling past quick ,

the only regret was I didn't move house at the same time , as I am looking to move down to the coast , as I fancy getting back into sailing ,  LOL,  no petrol costs ,  and the savings on not buying cigeretts ($11.50 USD for 20 in the UK ) would help ofset the cost ,

 :2funny:very true for the UK, the UK Gov has raised the tax to that price (only for own good ) , not for the tax gain ,same with the $10.10 for a gallon of petrol , we the peasents need to learn whats good for us , 
sad sight today at the resturant  , three old smokers, each must have been around 70 + huddled outside in the cold having a cigerette, if the cigerettes don't get them pnuemonia will,  no smoking in the UK in any encosed building now, including your own car while driving ,same as with a with a cell phone .

  done that in the past Bro, and driving his car alone in my then bosses new car , and he wasn't a smoker , I got p*ssed off stopping in rest areas in the rain to smoke , so I took a chance in the rain to smoke in his car with the window open , with the inevitable result I burnt the seat , I spent hours scrapping the seat with a blade  to remove the burn mark , well it was my first week in the job , and I lasted 11 years after that , but the company gave me my own car  :2funny:and most of my traveling was by plane after that ,
lol my fight to Paris , I chose smoking ,and paid extra , well into the flight the "you may smoke" light went on , the hostess gave me a meal , I lite up, exactly one min. later  the "fasten your seat belt and no smoking" light came on , my meal untouched, got collected
so yeah I am  full of conspiracy theories
