I didn't think this was too bad considering one of the kids was playing Runescape on the desktop, and the other playing Halo 3 on the Xbox 360. I ran the test on the my HP Laptop routed through a Linksys wireless router. I have the Elite DSL package.

Download Connection is:: 4719 Kbps about 4.72 Mbps (tested with 4096 kB)

Download Speed is:: 576 kB/s
Upload Connection is:: 625 Kbps about 0.6 Mbps (tested with 1013 kB)
Upload Speed is:: 76 kB/s

I just switched ISP's and ran a new test under the same conditions as before. Desktop/Xbox LIVE!/Laptop all still in use.

Download Speed is:: 1192 kB/s
