You should make sure you know which one you need before doing anything.  It is getting easier, but still, it can be a tough one. I have a PPC ver. of hardy , and I still can't find the right one lol. It has the broadcom in it, and there's a couple dozen or more that may work Rolling Eyes  Haven't put to much time into it, just to busy I guess.

LINUX    Pronounced LEE- NUX  I have seen a video of  " Linus Torvalds "  pronouncing it. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Linus_Torvalds

I would stay with the 32 bit. Seems the 64 bit has problems with some software just like xp. I would surff the kubuntu forums and see what problems they are having. I am almost sure they have a special forum over there just for the 64 bit. I almost put it on til I saw the issues the 64 bit had. Just decided to stay with the 32 bit. Sadly the pc world both windows and lynux are just not ready for 64 bit. Just my 2 cents

Sadly its true we are capable of 128 bit processing but it would be easier to see 10 cores in one chip than 128 bit processing
