Hello,

When Adelphia was in Buffalo, my speed was 2 Mbps - 3.5 Mbps download. Then TWC took over. Nothing changed. Suddenly my speed is 10 Mbps up, 1 Mbps down with no price difference. My friend lives around the corner and his is still 3 Mbps. Mistake?

You may have been bumped up to the next tier since your a long time customer with Adelphia. That said you should see no increase in pricing just your service (grandfather clause)
