well.. its like this I call up Comcast too get high speed extreme speed package for $86.00 and when did the speed test it came up with 16meg download and 2 meg upload but it shows almost too 4 meg upload, Comcast says it doesnt go beyond that 4 meg upload but it did, I can see alot of provement on upload, I went all different website too check my download and upload speed and other sites shows 28 meg download and 4 meg upload,
