May the 11th UK style, some photo's from my local Chestnut parade,  and our remembrance in a light hearted way, the Help our cousins  over in the USA (nd this year Russia got a look in )
yeah a WW2 theme ,  as we don't ever forget the help given  ,
BTW the pic's are in Royal Bushy park , base to Shaef ,  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SHAEF . just 1./2 mile from my door , my local church still has ww2 graves  for American and Canadian troops , they will never be forgoten over here , just kids that died for our freedom ,

2funny well they are about the only free things going in the UK ,(car park was $12 USD  Evil or Very Mad I cycled  Laughing)
I just happen to live within a small circle of Royal palaces and Castles ,
BTW,  Laughing my wife went with friends to a Milatary tattoo at Windsor Castle close by ,
found some empty seats near a large field gun , it was used during the show ,
she went home with a headache and wet pants  evil6
