it had the right headers , and originated in TX USA , but the "bad transfiguration and grammer " was the clue , apart from I don't bank with the Abbey National  , I get these daily , even in the name of UK  banks no longer in buisness 

 Transfiguration = a subject taught at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the fictional Harry Potter books ,

But I was happy enough to go to Hampton Academy , proud motto "a place for every child in life " or something like that in Latin , and it was a true boast , most found their true place in life , mainly in the local remand centre , then graduated straight into prison , 
the school had a nickname " the devils cauldron "  well thats what the teachers called it , 
we called the teachers 2 termer's , as that was as long as they stayed ,

LOL, this one was not hard to spot, "we have detected a slight error in your billing information. "
personaly I think it was caused by option 1    " (-A recent updates in our billing server ( Due to slightly problem ) " well it makes sense to me , I am allways having  slightly problems, like, I am slightly late , drunk, randy, frustrated ,  anoyed , etc  so it is resonable servers also get slightly problem , lol ,
BTW,
I use mail washer ,and  give then a preview then dump them off my ISP's server,
mail washer will do that automaticly , but I like to preview all mail first ,
in case I miss any inportant emails telling me I have won  millions in a lottery I haven't entered 

He must be inviting them in. I haven't had one in a while also. Spam mail Sir Roco. Special touch I suppose.
