Hello,

I have a problem when using the tests, both the upload and download. When I try any of the tests it goes through the motions of downloading/uploading and continues to the next page. When it gets to the next page the address has the results.php in the address bar, but it takes about 30 seconds and then it refreshes to another page that looks like it's testing again. The process continues until I close the browser or navigate to a different page. Any advice?

  Try clearing your cache, not saying thats what it is, but it I have tested several times since your post, and it's ok for me.  Try it, and please post back.

I've already tried that. But I went ahead and tried it again just to make sure. When I do the test at work, it works fine. I'm thinking it has something to do with the service provider I recently switched to: AT&T Uverse. Is there a specific port that testmy.net uses to do the test that I can open up?

Never mind, I found the problem. It was Symantec firewall that was blocking the test from being performed correctly. I disabled the firewall and all is well.

If I had a gig of ram for every time I heard something negative a bout symantec, well, you get the idea
