I have cleaned up everything scaned everything and dumped everything and here are my scores

Upload Connection is:: 112 Kbps about 0.1 Mbps (tested with 386 kB)

The home 700/128 package, Your getting it it looks like. And........... ?
Try a bigger test file. Thats not showing the real speed. Try the Larger (3MB) - 3072 kB test file. That should let it warm up properly.  azn

Bottom Line:: 4X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 35.31 sec
Tested from a 3064 kB file and took 106.518 seconds to complete
Download Diagnosis:: May need help : running at only 19.6 % of your hosts average (64.152)

When I was on sat the first thigs I did before eveen starting was to defrag, diskcleanup, and restart the modem. Before anything else. That seems  slow to me.  undecided

I will do everything again also is there anyway to stop the threshold I seem to hit it a good bit and I don't think im doing enough to hit it is there at least some way to watch my activity
