I click dual test and I see "be patient blink now and then for 10 minutes but never get any results.  I turned off my firewall but no help.  Any Ideas?

It finishes fine for me on SmarTest and by picking a file size

Just did a dual test with no problems.

Download Connection is:: 4736 Kbps about 4.74 Mbps (tested with 4096 kB)
Download Speed is:: 578 kB/s
Upload Connection is:: 819 Kbps about 0.8 Mbps (tested with 1496 kB)
