You may think the UK is a quiet backwater, with not much going on , but think again , we have many exciting things , like "Chuck a duck " , a local event , and a chance to win $20,000 USD,
OK , I will admit we don't do Rodeo's , Too noisy and dusty,
and plays havoc with the creases in the trousers ,

BTW,  I will be entering my duck(Donald )  and with my insider knowledge of this stretch of the river the $20 K should  be mine, I hope this year it is a clean drug free race ,

lol Bros you are looking at a very disappointed guy , I cannot launch my duck or even handle it before the event Evil or Very Mad,  I had the duck tuneing  theory down to a fine art ,
#1  if it went down stream with a tail Smile wind up is ass , give the underside a quick PTFE spray ,
#2 if it went against the flow ,roughfen up it's ass with some emery paper for better grip in the water ,
#3 launch on the left bank , shorter course and faster flow on that side ,

so my odds have dropped back to 165000 to 1 ,  Evil or Very Mad,
still it is all for Charity , and my duck will be racing unmodified ,
and will help raise more than $660,000 USD for charity

P.S. *thinks* I have a friend who is a scuba diver , wonder if he could help ! but then how would he recognise my duck from the other 164,999 ducks from under water ?

BTW , I have been told I have a competitive nature , does it show ??

That I do not doubt. Yeah, done a few weird things too. I used to drag home lumber from places for building jumping ramps. Nah, we was poor.

undecided jump ramps ? we was so poor we had nothing to jump with, only our own 2 feet , and that was without shoes ,  Laughing , we didn't even have a front gate , it was taken by the Gov. for the war effort , to make Spitfires , mind you I never saw a Spitfire made out of wrought iron , maybe we were conned ! ,

'My saucepans have all been surrendered,
The teapot is gone from the hob,
The colander's leaving the cabbage,
For a very much different job.
So now, when I hear on the wireless
Of Spitfires  showing their mettle,
I see, in a vision before me,
A Dornier chased by my kettle.'

LOL ,  recycling is not a new invention , the UK has been there and got the T , 63 years back ,
BTW ,my parents never got the gate back  Evil or Very Mad
