Gotta love it.  :haha: :haha:

Again, each to there own mudmanc.  wink
Right, exactly, so the people who want this tripe, should not force it on those who do not want it.

Where in the constitution does it say the government can force it's people to use a cetrain light bulb? Or any  thing else for that matter ?

Ever light a fart ?  :haha:

We have been running "take back the light for the past 2 years ",, and naturally being British we pay a disposal tax when buying a new one  Evil or Very Mad,
most of our cfls come from Holland , also the incandescent light will never fully disappear ,
as the FL efficientcy  is very low in sub zero temperatures , if you can get them to strike ,
FL's are not new as the article said they have been used in offices and factories by the billions for the last 40+ years , and now suddenly it is as problem ????, only if you want it to be I guess ,

BTW, in the UK we have been advised not to use CLF's for lighting the stairs , as in cold weather they take several minutes to reach full intensity ,

For one, it's a much different situation when you use them in factories, then when you not only force Americans to do something, and place them in millions of home, in 10 fold the sockets. And more.

How just plain stupid! The light bulb will save us.   OMG....Not the incandescent .......nnnnoooooooooooooo, were all gonna fry to death if we don't pollute the hell out of ourselves w/ the crap that kills us from China.

I see another  " Love canal " in our future.

The " Love Canal " was where simple minded money grubbing morons built a housing development on a chemical waste dump.

My reference is to these " wonder bulbs " , or " earth saving bulbs " , seems like an obsolete idea, nothing more than a passing socialistic wet dream, and could as well end up causing us more grief then the worth, not unlike many other extreme left winged idealistic malarky that slid through for a sexual favor in the house of un-representatives.
